I get tired of chicken, but I never get tired of this chicken! Its crusty (in a good way)! and juicy!
-1 cup grain mustard
-a few squeezes of honey
-almond meal (I like to use the almond meal from Trader Joes because it’s good and a good price)!
Pre-heat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Pour out a few cups of almond meal into a bowl (amount depends on how much chicken you’re making). Whisk together mustard & honey in bowl. Dip chicken breast in the mustard/honey mixture, then dip in almond meal. Place on baking sheet. Bake approx. 40-45 min.
