Wednesday’s are my self enforced weigh in days… I got on the scale today and am down almost 3 MORE lbs. (2.8 to be exact). I can’t believe it!! I did weight watchers for years and never ever had this kind of success! My fitness pal works! Who knew eating 1200 calories of good for you food per day & exercising would actually make you lose weight! Haha! 44.2 more lbs. to go to hit my goal!!
